We’re Jessica and Eric Doherty—partners in life, business, and proud small business owners here in Gig Harbor.

Together, we bring over 30 years of combined experience in Human Resources and business leadership, supporting companies of all sizes across a wide range of industries. Since moving to Gig Harbor in 2019, we’ve been committed to investing in the community we call home—both professionally and personally.

Jessica German-Doherty, SPHR, is a senior-level HR professional with a passion for building positive workplace cultures and supporting the development of strong, people-first teams. Her background includes leadership roles in both private and public organizations, where she led initiatives in talent development, strategic HR planning, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. In addition to her consulting work, Jessica focuses on cultivating local partnerships and engaging with community organizations to support programs that enrich the lives of children and families.

Eric Doherty brings a diverse background in clinical healthcare and executive operations, including building a startup into a $6M+ venture. With a strong focus on strategic growth, operations, and community connection, Eric now serves as Managing Partner of Snapology of Gig Harbor, a children’s enrichment business that delivers playful, hands-on learning experiences in STEM, robotics, and creative play. He leads the day-to-day operations and long-term vision, ensuring that local families have access to engaging, educational programs in a fun, safe environment.
